Pugsley is a 40lb. black lab/pug mix that was lost on Jan 12th in the 5900th block of Addison Rd in Capitol Heights, MD (Prince George's county). He was adopted from the SPCA/Humane Society of Prince George's county and his brand new owners were out walking with him when he slipped out of his harness and ran away.
